You may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.

About Us

Presently I am a Hospice Chaplain with Continuum Hospice Care in NYC, New York. My wife Ceu,  counsels people through a growing non-denominational network of church leaders in the USA, Brazil and Europe. We live in the Queens Borough of New York City and I am a member of the New York City Presbytery of the PCUSA.
In 2004, we returned to the USA from over 10 years of mission service in Thailand and Brazil.

Ceu developed various aspects of Liturgical Movement - an approach to adoration of God through focusing on how we move and breathe and generally have our being. She taught courses at Payap University in Chiang Mai, Thailand as well as counseled individuals and groups within the Thai as well as the diverse expatriate community. Ceu also gave seminars and developed a community-based/congregation-based project (Projeto Restauracao) in Florianopolis, Brazil applying movement analysis and biblical principles to assist young men and women liberate themselves from the grip of Substance Abuse and Co-Dependent Behavior. (The underlying issues of both often are intertwined.)  She continues her counseling role globally by way of creative use of internet communication. Ceu has a Masters of Professional Study in Urban Ministry at the NYACK/Alliance Theological Seminary in New York City.

I have been primarily a mission service worker since my ordination in 1989 as Minister of Word and Sacrement in the PC(USA). In Thailand I assisted in the development of the Third District of the Church of Christ in Thailand (CCT), a partner church with the PCUSA. I also taught Church Administration and New Testament Studies at the McGilvary Faculty of Theology, Payap University in Chiang Mai. After I completed one year of studying portuguese in Campinas, Brazil, we moved to Florianopolis where I served for a short time as Assistant Director of the Independent Presbyterian Church of Brazil's (IPIB) Center for Training Missionaries. The IPIB continues to be one of three Brazilian presbyterian denominations in partnership with the PCUSA. The latter part of our 4-year term I spent assisting Ceu in the development of Projeto Restauracao. In NYC I continue in mission service as chaplain providing spiritual counsel to both patients with terminal illnesses as well as their families.

Serving Jesus Christ on the mission field has been a truly blessed privilege and experience for us. There is an invigorating, dynamic spirit of worship present in the assembled gatherings of christians overseas that sadly seems missing here in historic and traditional congregations. However, from 2004 to this year we have maintained a connection with the overseas churches by contributing to the leadership of a missions.
